Strata Solutions Group was established in Sydney by a team of strata professionals who had spent years inside larger management companies and seen first-hand how the industry fell short of owner expectations. Unresponsive managers, opaque financials, portal systems that nobody used and levy notices sent out late — these weren't acceptable standards.
We built Strata Solutions Group from the ground up with one guiding principle: run every scheme the way the committee themselves would run it if they had the time and the expertise. Transparently. Proactively. And with genuine accountability to every lot owner.
Today we manage more than 320 schemes across Greater Sydney, from inner-city apartment buildings to large mixed-use complexes in Parramatta and new residential developments on the Northern Beaches. Our team includes licensed strata managers, qualified accountants, experienced maintenance coordinators and compliance specialists — all working together under one roof.
